Silvia Cedeño Daguerre

Silvia received a degree in Agricultural engineering from the University of Zaragoza, Spain and a second degree from La Rioja University in Winemaking. She then traveled around the world learning various methods of international winemaking. Silvia spent four years as Production Manager in a wine cooperative in D.O. Calatayud, worked in Germany in the Mosel area, and worked at About Wine and Style Consult in Neustadt Weinstrasse. Silvia joined ConeTech Iberica in 2015 as Production Enologist, quickly becoming ConeTech’s Technical Director for Europe.

Silvia se licenció en Ingeniería Agrícola por la Universidad de Zaragoza, España y una segunda licenciatura en Enología por la Universidad de La Rioja. Luego viajó por todo el mundo aprendiendo varios métodos de elaboración de vinos internacionales. Pasó cuatro años como directora de producción en una cooperativa de vinos en la DO Calatayud, trabajó en Alemania en la zona de Mosel y trabajó en About Wine and Style Consult en Neustadt Weinstrasse. Silvia se unió a ConeTech Iberica en 2015 como enóloga de producción, convirtiéndose rápidamente en la directora técnica de ConeTech para Europa.

Gregorio Blanco

Quality and R&D Manager


Gregorio studied Agricultural Technical Engineering and decided to pursue a degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Castilla – La Mancha, Spain. In addition, he has received certification for Food Safety, regulation, and audits. He spent several years working in different companies in the food industry before starting at ConeTecn in July 2018 as a laboratory assistant. He currently works as Head of Quality and R&D.

EspañaGregorio estudió Ingeniería Técnica agrícula y decidió cursar el grado de Ciencia y Tecnología de los alimentos en la Universidad de Castilla – La Mancha, España, y un Master en Seguridad Alimentaria, reglamentación, certificación y auditorías. Pasó varios años trabajando en diferentes empresas de la industria de alimentos antes de comenzar en ConeTech en Julio de 2018 como asistente de laboratorio. Actualmente trabaja como Responsable de Calidad y de R+D+I.

Irem was raised in Istanbul and spent years studying and working abroad in the UK, Spain, Turkey, Germany, and the United States. Irem holds a degree in Chemistry from Istanbul Polytechnical University, a master´s degree in International Business and Marketing from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, is a WSET Diploma Holder. and in 2019, became a WeinAkademiker after writing her thesis on the impacts of Big Data in the Wine Industry and is currently completing the Master of Wine program.  Prior to joining BevZero as Business Development and Sales Director, EMEA in 2021 Irem held the positions of Marketing Manager and Wine Buyer with AYZA NYC based in New York and Senior Global Brand Manager with Torres Family based in Barcelona. Irem also worked for several years as a winemaker in Spain, Cavas Torello, and teaches WSET Level 3 courses in Barcelona.  Due to her vast international experience Irem speaks multiple languages including Spanish, English, Turkish.
